"Meal Ticket" - 2007 A girl thinks she is alone, but she really isn't. My senior thesis for The School of Visual Arts. A combination of cut-out, stop-motion, and 2-D techniques. The puppets are unbaked Super Sculpy, laid flat and then painted (and covered in coloured clay), then magnets were placed in the joints. The backgrounds are painted glass with bristol board and paper for upraised/moving elements. NOTE (PLEASE READ): The movie is audio-only for the first 20 seconds - this is intentional and is not a mistake in your movie viewer. So, no worries if there's a blank screen - let it play and it'll unfold. Thanks!
